Our Approach
We ran a full database audit: deduplication, email verification, title normalization, and industry code standardization. Invalid and bounced addresses were suppressed. Missing fields (titles, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) were appended from verified business sources. We established a quarterly refresh cadence to maintain data quality going forward.
